1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Marcbantu Africa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
• Providing accurate information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the platform
• Share your account with others
• Upload malicious content or files
• Impersonate others
• Post false or misleading information
• Violate others' rights

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Free tier is provided as-is. Paid tiers (Pro, Business) are billed monthly via M-Pesa or other supported payment methods. No refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. We use it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Marcbantu Africa platform, its code, design, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (Africa's Talking, M-Pesa, WhatsApp, etc.). Their terms apply when you use those services through us.

9. Disclaimers

Marcbantu Africa is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Accuracy of weather forecasts or market prices
• Success of farm decisions based on our advice
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Farm management decisions are ultimately your responsibility. Our tools provide guidance, not guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are resolved in Kenyan courts.
